1. Call Call (314) 580-3138 to make an appointment for your initial interview. |

2. Bring Bring to your appointment the following: . Driver’s License . Proof of Residency in zip code 63123* (utility bill, rent agreement) or Sponsorship letter from a member church. . Paycheck stub . Food Stamps paperwork (if applicable). . Medicare / Medicaid, SSI or Social Security documents. |

3. Shop Once you become a member and receive your Shopping Level, a volunteer will assist you as you choose items from the Pantry for you and your family. |
